Client Engagement Manager (CEM)

Bridge Easy Solutions is a modern language services and localization company leveraging linguistic expertise, cultural intelligence, and advanced language technology to enable clear, real-time communication across borders.

We support clients in media, legal, healthcare, corporate, education, nonprofit, and public-sector environments through culturally aligned interpretation, multilingual content support, translation review, content moderation, and our Legal Language Concierge service.

As we expand, we’re looking for a self-driven, relationship-focused Remote Client Engagement Manager to help us grow long-term clients who need reliable, culturally aligned language support

This role is commission-only, ideal for someone entrepreneurial who thrives in a performance-based environment and wants unlimited earning potential

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and secure new clients who need interpretation, translation, transcription,  Localization or multilingual support.

  • Build strong relationships with organizations in the following sectors: media , legal, healthcare, corporate, education, nonprofit, and public-sector.

  • Educate prospects on Bridge Easy Solutions' culturally aligned, tech-enhanced service offerings.Manage your own pipeline: source leads, schedule discovery calls, conduct 

  • presentations, and close deals.

  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

  • Track activity in our CRM and report progress weekly.

  • Contribute to shaping our sales strategy as we scale

What You Bring

Experience

  • 3+ years of sales experience preferred (service-based, B2B, staffing, healthcare, SaaS, or language services ideal).

  • Experience closing deals with private-sector clients, nonprofits, or government agencies is a strong plus. 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Comfortable doing outreach through email, phone, Zoom, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Strong organization and pipeline management abilities.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Vtiger, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).

  • Professional, persuasive written and verbal English.
